The Hard Copy of South Asia Tribune is being launched on October 3, 2003 in New York and Washington, DC. To coordinate the Web and the Print Editions, this Web Edition will be Updated on the night of Tuesday, September 30, 2003, instead of Sunday morning..

I am sorry for the delay but this is a momentous moment for SAT and its Team and we hope to provide you with the latest news and analysis, in both the Web and Hard Copy Editions.
